Start to prepare kish-loren with mushrooms from the dough. Combine the flour, salt and cut the pieces of oil and chop the knife into a crumb. Then beat the egg, add to the crumb, and knead the dough. From it, make a bowl and refrigerate for an hour.

Prepare the filling for the pie. Onion and mushrooms finely chop and fry together until cooked. Cut the greens, and cut the tomatoes into slices. Place the dough in a greased form, form a border a few centimeters high, and puncture the dough with a fork so that it does not swell. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes in a heated oven to 170 degrees.

Then put the toasted onions and mushrooms on the dough, add salt, add spices and sprinkle with greens. Put the tomatoes on top of the greens and salt. Whisk together the eggs, the rest of the cheese and milk, and pour the cake with this mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Lubricate the mold, lay the dough, forming high bows, and on top lay mushrooms with onions. Pour the cake with a mixture of eggs, grated cheese and milk (cream), to which you can add your favorite spices. Bake kish for 45 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Sift the flour, add to it chopped pieces of chilled butter and salt, chop to a crumb with a knife or in a combine. Whisk the egg, add to the crumb and mix the dough. Put it in the cold for an hour.

Cut the cabbage thinly and put it out until it is ready, if you want, you can finish the onion with it. After the cabbage is ready, season and pepper it.

In a greased form, lay the dough. Knead it with a fork, form the sides and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then put cabbage on the base and add a fill of eggs, cream and grated cheese. Bring another 25 minutes into the oven.

In another version of the same pie, cabbage can add ham (about 100 g), and in the mixture for pouring - a few spoons of mustard.
