Ingredients:

- pizza flour - 200 g;
- Wheat flour - 230 g;
- water 220 ml;
- dry yeast - 10 g;
- olive oil - 30 ml;

- mozzarella cheese - 120 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 40 g;
- shrimp - 70 g;
- squid - 100 g;
- salmon (fillet) - 100 g;
- capers - 20 g;
- olive oil - 10 ml.
For sauce:
- tomatoes in its own juice - 150 g;
- olive oil - 10 ml;
- fresh basil - 5 g;
- oregano-2 g;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Preparation of pizza with seafood begins with the preparation of dough. We grow yeast with warm boiled water. Mix the pizza flour with the wheat flour and sift the mixture to the table in the form of a slide. In the center we make a deepening, pour olive oil there and pour in salt. Hand knead the smooth-baked dough, gradually pouring in the dissolved yeast and water. We roll the ball and leave it for about an hour. And then the dough can be rolled out and proceed to the filling. For the preparation of which the squid is thawed at room temperature, we clean it from the films, and then boil in boiling water for no more than 1 minute, so that they do not become stiff. Shrimp also defrost and clean. Salmon fillet washed and cut into cubes. Bulgarian pepper is cut into strips.
Now we are preparing pizza sauce with seafood: basil is finely chopped, we combine tomatoes with basil, oregano and olive oil. Using a blender, we turn everything into puree, salt to taste. Dough rolled in the form of a circle, grease the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese. We spread capers, peppers, squid, shrimp and salmon. We bake pizza until ready at a temperature of about 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
How to cook pizza with seafood?

- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- milk - 250 ml;
- sugar - 1,5 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 100 ml;
- dry yeast - 10 g;
- salt - pinch.
For filling:
- mozzarella cheese - 50 g;
- Parmesan - 30 g;
- olives - 30 g;
- sweet pepper - 30 g;
- olives - 30 g.
For sauce:
- tomato paste - 150 g;
- tomato juice - 350 g;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- a mixture of Italian herbs - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sugar, salt - to taste.
Preparation
In warm milk, we dissolve sugar and yeast. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes to go. In the meantime, beat the eggs with the addition of a pinch of salt. When the opara rises, add eggs, flour, olive oil and knead the dough. We roll it into a bowl, cover it with a napkin and leave it for 30 minutes. We prepare the sauce: pour the tomato paste together with the juice into a saucepan, mix it and put it on a small fire. After boiling, add olive oil, stir and boil for about 2 minutes. After that, add dried Italian herbs, garlic, salt and sugar to taste. Cook all together for another 3 minutes and let the sauce cool.
Now we are preparing the filling for pizza with seafood. Olives and olives cut into rings, sweet pepper - slices, parmesan three on a small grater, and cut the mozzarella balls in half.
You can change the contents of the pizza filling with seafood. You can, for example, put more shrimp if you love them. Or, on the contrary, remove the ingredient that you do not like. In general, the choice is yours!
