Honey Diet

Honey is a sweet, syrupy substance, produced by bees from nectars of various colors. People use honey as a sweetener, as a separate dish and as a medicine in folk medicine. The composition of honey includes: 17-20% water, 76-80% glucose, fructose, pollen, wax and mineral salts. The color and composition of honey depends on the colors from which it was collected. For example, lime honey is very light, almost white, honey from buckwheat will be brownish, of wildflowers - sunny-golden, and from acacia honey will have straw-yellow color.

The duration of the honey diet is 2 weeks, for which a person can lose from 2 to 6 kg of weight. The quantity of the weighed kgs depends directly from an initial condition of an organism of the thinning and its features. Allowed products

Variants of honey diet:

1st option

Every morning an hour before meals and in the evening 2 hours before bedtime one should drink a honey drink (1 tablespoon of honey, diluted in 100 g of warm water, with the addition of lemon juice to taste). You can eat all foods in any combination, but you can not eat 1200 calories a day. After evening reception of a honey drink there is nothing it is impossible.

2 nd option

First breakfast: low-fat cottage cheese (150 g) with a teaspoon of honey, 1 glass of tea with lemon, 1 apple.

Lemon-honey diet
