After the cobs remove the grain, drain the water through a colander. Corn grain is stored in a sealed package. Thus, the grain can be stored for up to three weeks. Prepare a pickle to conserve boiled corn, for this, add the sugar to the boiling water, and boil the salt for another 5 minutes. For freezing, we better choose a good sugar grade of corn and prepare it for freezing. We clean the corn and put the whole cob into a saucepan, fill it with water, bring it to a boil, and cook after 5 minutes. While corn is in the process of cooking, prepare a container with ice and add chilled water to it. When the cobs are ready, remove them from the boiling water and transfer it into a container with ice. It is important that the corn does not get digested. It is necessary to place it in ice as soon as possible. This process will save us from wrinkling corn and help to separate grain more easily. Separate them into a separate bowl.
