The recipe for cooking meat in foil in the oven
Ingredients:
- pork - 1 kg;
- adzhika - to taste;
- garlic - 5 denticles;

Preparation
So, to prepare this dish, the meat thoroughly washed with cold water, take out the veins and wipe with a paper towel. Then cut the pork across into 2 identical parts, abundantly rubbed on all sides with salt, sprinkled with spices and leave to marinate. We clean the garlic head, disassemble it on denticles and cut each in half.
Next, the meat is baked with garlic and spices, rubbed with home-made ajika or mayonnaise. After this, carefully wrap every piece of meat in a foil and send it for 30 minutes to the refrigerator, so that the pork during this time has allocated juice and slightly marinated. After this time, put the meat on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 2-2.5 hours. After about 2 hours, carefully open the oven, pierce the meat with a knife through the foil, if it is soft and easily pierces, then it's ready.
When the piece becomes soft enough, the temperature of the oven is increased to 200 degrees, we make a small incision from above and set the meat to bake for another 15-25 minutes. After that, carefully take the meat out of the oven, with a tack, so as not to burn yourself, remove the foil, cut the pork into small pieces, add it to a beautiful dish, decorate with greens and serve aromatic meat on the festive table.
Meat with vegetables in foil in the oven
Ingredients:
- eggplant - 1 piece;
- pork - 2 kg;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
- fresh champignons - 4 pcs .;
- spice.
Preparation
First of all, the meat is thoroughly rinsed and a small knife is made with a sharp knife in the form of a pocket. We rub the pork with salt, ground black pepper, any seasonings to your taste and leave for about 6 hours to marinate.
Without wasting time, we process fresh mushrooms, shink them with plates. Eggplant is peeled and cut into rings. Similarly, we cut the washed and dried tomatoes. We combine all the vegetables in a bowl, sprinkle with the meat seasoning and mix. Fill the incision in the pork with a vegetable filling and lay the meat on the prepared sheet of foil. Tightly wrap all in two layers of foil and leave for 30 minutes stand up. After that, we send the dish to baked in a preheated oven, for about 2 hours, setting the temperature 180 degrees. Then take the meat carefully and shift it to the plate.
