Ovulatory syndrome
This term is called pain, when you can note the relationship between them and the menstrual cycle. To this syndrome, there are three possible cases of pain:
- during ovulation, that is, approximately in the middle of the cycle, depending on where the egg ripens, the ovary hurts on the right or left, treatment is usually not required, but in case of severe discomfort, it is better to consult a doctor;
- before menstruation, due to changes in the hormonal background;
- during menstruation, but most often the patient is worried about the uterus, and it seems that it hurts the ovaries, and treatment in such cases is required when there are other unpleasant symptoms.
Inflammatory processes
Stress, hypothermia, colds are factors that can cause activation of the inflammatory process in the ovaries, appendages, fallopian tubes. Usually such states are accompanied by the following signs:
- strong pains are given in the lower back, sometimes in the sacrum;
- there is chills and fever;
- the menstrual cycle is broken;
- a woman becomes quick-tempered, aggressive.
With such severe symptoms, it is difficult for the patient to determine if her right ovary or left hurts, and the treatment of inflammations is medicated.
Cyst and torsion of her legs
Kista is not such a rare problem among women. In many cases, it does not cause any symptoms. But sometimes it can cause considerable discomfort. The patient is concerned about the side of the abdomen in which the cyst was formed. Treatment of this pathology is medically prescribed, but in some situations, surgical intervention is necessary.
