Baby Relay

Sports relay races for children can be held both outdoors and indoors, the main thing is to allow the place to move freely.

  1. "Kangaroo . " The participants move with the ball between the legs to the reference point and back.
  2. "The Beast" . Participants in the teams turn into beasts: the first in bears, the second in hares, the third in foxes and by command move, imitating the animals one at a time.
  3. "Arrows" . Captains of teams stand with hoops raised above their heads, in which participants in turn try to get balls.
  4. "Trucks" . Each participant must bring in the body (folded in the ring hands) to the target of three balls (you can have different diameters) and back.
  5. "Three jumps . " Leaders put a hoop and a skipping rope at a distance of 10 m from the participants. The first participant must run to the rope and jump 3 times, the second - runs to the hoop and jumps 3 times.
  6. "The ball on the racket . " The participant puts the ball on the racket and tries to carry it to the landmark and back.

Winter Relay

In winter, the relay races for children can be diversified with the help of winter equipment: sledges, snow lumps, skis.

Children really like it when their parents participate in competitions. Relay races for children and parents can be thematically focused and conducted on the eve of the Day of Defender of the Fatherland or Mother's Day.

  1. "The carriage . " Parents link their hands in the form of "seats" and carry the children to the intended place. The team that wins faster wins.
  2. "Builders" . Mom gives cubes to a child who carries cubes to a construction father. Dad is building a tower. The one with the highest tower wins.
  3. "Cuttlefish . " Dad takes the child by the legs, the child gets into his arms and moves to the destination.
  4. "Harvest" . Dad with a basket stands at a distance from his team and catches balls, which are thrown by the child and mother in turn. To determine the winner, players should throw the same number of balls, the team wins, whose dad "will collect more harvest".
