We leave the salmon for pickling for a while, but in the meantime we will prepare potatoes. We clean tubers, cut into thin circles or small slabs and mix them with chopped garlic, a little vegetable oil and season it with dried herbs and paprika.

We put the potato slices in a container for baking. We distribute the pieces of salmon from above and put a piece of butter on each. Pour into the vessel heated to boiling water, we cover the capacity with a sheet of foil and send for baking in a heated to 200 degrees oven for about thirty minutes. After that, remove the foil and brown the ingredients for another ten minutes at maximum temperature.

Initially, we prepare salmon steaks. They need to be rid of scales, rinse, dry with napkins and, if desired, cut into two parts along the ridge. Now season the fish with salt and ground pepper and leave for a few minutes promarinovatsya. In the meantime, we are preparing vegetables. We clear carrots and onions and cut into thin circles. Zucchini rinses, wipes dry and shredded brusochkami or circles, which in turn cut into four parts. Bulgarian sweet pepper is saved from the peduncle and seeds and cut into small longitudinal strips or large straws. Wash tomatoes, too, must be chopped, cutting them into small slices, as well as cut the leek onion and the peeled bulb.

We combine all the vegetables in a bowl, season with thyme and oregano, sprinkle with vegetable oil, add salt to taste, mix and spread into a suitable baking container. On top, lay out prepared salted salmon steaks and cover the dish with a foil cut.

To bake a dish in the oven, it must be preheated to 205 degrees, then place in it at an average level a shape with fish and vegetables for about twenty minutes. After a while, remove the foil and give the fish a little more brown.
