Salted dough is an excellent material for crafts. From it you can sculpt different beautiful products using dough instead of plasticine or polymer clay. And its main advantage over the standard materials for modeling is, of course, the environmental safety of such a test.
Today we will consider how to make beautiful flowers from the dough with our own hands.
Crafts from salted dough - flowers of roses
- Prepare a salty dough of different colors. For roses you can use as usual red, pink and white shades, and any others.
- Pinch a small slice of the bulk of the dough and roll a ball out of it. Remember its approximate diameter, in the future, all the details of the craft - petals - you were the same.
- Flatten the ball with your fingers or a small rolling pin (depending on the size of the future flower).
- Fold a small roll - this will be the middle of your rose.
- Roll one more piece of dough - it will be the first petal.
- Wrap it around the middle.
- Each subsequent petal do a little more, giving them the characteristic shape of the rose petals.
- When the dough flower is ready with your own hands, pinch and pull out the bottom part of the craft. If you want, you can supplement the rose with decorative leaves, made of salted dough green.
- So beautiful are the flowers made of dough, made up of only ten petals.
Using salty dough of different colors, you can make a very original composition, for example, beautiful New Year crafts . Also, you can sculpt from white dough, and then paint the finished product in different bright colors, using acrylic paints.
After molding, dry the product in the oven or on the battery.
