Winter in Koh Samui

December in Samui marks the beginning of the dry season (and hence high), where almost every day is sunny, but not very hot. The coastal wind raises the high waves that the surfers like. The weather for Samui in January is hotter, the wind is still strong, but there are plenty of tourists on the beach. In February, the situation is drastically changing: it's sunny, but already windless, which means there are no strong waves and low tides: long live a lazy beach holiday!

With the arrival of March on the island, air temperature rises, along with a small amount of precipitation. On some of the beaches of Koh Samui , low tides begin. Soon comes the hottest and most exhausting month of the year at the resort - April. Precipitation at this time is small - only 60 mm. The weather in Koh Samui in May is warm, but the amount of precipitation increases.
