Pour the flour into the oil mixture and knead the base for the cookie. Allow the dough to cool in the freezer for 15 minutes, to make it easier to roll out, and in the meantime the oven will have time to warm up to 180 degrees.

Roll out the sandy dough layer, divide it into thin strips, or punch it in the required shape, lay it on a sheet of parchment and bake for 14 minutes.

Ready-made shortbread cookies, whipped up, can be dipped in chocolate before serving.

While the oven is warming up to 180 degrees, whip a soft butter with sugar and eggs. To the oil mixture add the syrup rubbed through a sieve. Mix the flour with soda and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the cream of cottage cheese and butter. After mixing the dough, roll it into balls and place them on a sheet of parchment. Bake goodies 8-10 minutes, and how cool, cover with a simple sugar coating or chocolate.

As usual, the first thing to do is to warm up the oven to 180 degrees. After beating the sugar with oil at room temperature for 3 minutes, you can add vanilla or other flavor to the resulting cream, or you can immediately pour the yolks and continue whisking for a couple of minutes. Separately mix flour and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the oil mass. The resulting dough is divided into portions, at the center of each finger we make a deepening and put a little jam there. We bake cookies for 25 minutes, and before the tasting we cool at least 10 more.

While the oven warms up to the on-duty 180 degrees, rub the cold butter with flour and thyme leaves. To the butter and flour crumb, add a generous portion of grated cheese and knead the smooth dough. Divide the dough into three pieces, each piece roll into a sausage length of 20 cm and cut into half a centimeter thick. Put the cookies on a sheet of parchment and cook for 16-20 minutes. After, the ruddy cheese crackers are cooled and stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
