Preparation
Before you make a chocolate-banana cream, a bowl in which we will whip the cream, we put in the freezer for 15 minutes, so that the cream is more easily foamed. We expose the mixer to the maximum speed and whip the fatty cream until thick, about 2 minutes. Now it only remains to add a dry mixture for hot chocolate, flavor, and then mix everything so that there are no lumps. This cream is suitable for outdoor decoration of cakes and capkakes.
