Ingredients:
- rice noodles - 155 g;
- shrimps royal - 6 pieces;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- scallops - 4 pieces;
- oyster mushrooms - 6-8 pieces;
- lime - 1 piece;
- a handful of coriander leaves;
- chicken broth - 1,3 l;
- lemongrass - 1 piece;
- root galangal - 2.5 cm;
- hot chilli - 1 pc .;
- leaves of lime kaffir - 3 pcs .;
- coconut milk - 115 ml;
- Pasta tom pits - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Before you make a soup that pits, chicken broth. Pour the broth into a saucepan and add lemongrass, calangal, chopped chili and leaves of lime kafir. When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer everything for 10 minutes. At the end of the time, add the pasta to the pit and pour in the coconut milk. Wait for a second boil, put the shrimps, scallops, tomato slices, cherries and season with salt. Leave the soup to boil for another 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp and scallops are fully cooked. Ready volume of the yams season additionally, if there is a need.

The recipe for soup with pork and chicken
Ingredients of soup that pits can seem very unusual, but once you learn how to work with them, you can cook almost any variation of soup, changing only seafood, fish and meat. In this case, we decided to diversify and the recipe of the broth, making it simple, but no less tasty.
Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 1,1 l;
- a handful of coriander;
- green onions - 2-3 feathers;
- ginger - 10 g;
- sugar cane - 15 g;
- Pasta tom pits - 1 ½ st. spoons;
- coconut milk - 185 ml;
- juice of one large lime;
- Thai fish sauce - to taste;
- chicken (thigh, boiled) - 2 pcs .;
- rice noodles - 200 g.
Preparation
As in the usual recipe, you should start with cooking the broth. In a saucepan with warmed chicken broth throw coriander stalks, add green onions, sugar and pieces of ginger. Leave everything for 5 minutes after boiling. Pour fish sauce, add lime juice and coconut milk. Again, wait for the boil and cook the broth for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Separately boil the rice noodles, divide it into two portions, previously rinsed. Strain the broth, put chicken into it and pour it over the noodles. Supplement with herbs and lime juice.
Spicy soup that volume is a recipe with coconut milk
Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 1 l;
- lemongars - 2 pieces;
- leaves kaffir lime - 4 pcs .;
- galangal - 2.5 cm;
- hot chili - to taste;
- Thai fish sauce - 35 ml;
- champignons - 190 g;
- coconut milk - 165 ml;
- shiitake - 210 g;
- shrimps - 210 g;
- juice of two limes;
- greens onions and cilantro for serving.
Preparation
In the broth put a large sliced lemongrass, pieces of galangal, chili, lime leaves and mushrooms. Wait for the broth to boil and cook it for 15 minutes.
Shrimp the shrimp tails and rinse. Pour the coconut milk into the broth. Put the shrimp and cook the soup until they are ready. Add the finished dish with herbs and chili.
