Soup with mushrooms

It's nice to pour a plate of aromatic hot mushroom soup for lunch. The main thing is that such a soup can be given even to children and do not worry about that they have stomachaches, because this dish is very useful for people with a sensitive stomach: it completely envelops its walls and saturates the body for a long time. Potato soup with mushrooms

To make creamy soup - mashed potatoes with mushrooms, rinse well the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. We clean the bulb, shred by half rings. Peel potatoes from the peel, thoroughly wash it, crush it in cubes and put it into a saucepan. Then pour water and put on a strong fire, and after boiling reduce the flame. Slightly pouring potatoes, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 30 minutes. Then gently drain the water and using a crush we knead potatoes in puree.

Finely chopped onion in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and passeruem on low heat until the formation of a golden crust. After that, add to it the chopped mushrooms, add salt to taste and thoroughly mix everything with a wooden spatula until all the liquid has evaporated completely.

Then turn off the comfort and let our roasting cool down. After that, we shift the vegetables into the bowl of the blender and crush it to a homogeneous mass. Then we shift the onion-mushroom puree into crushed potatoes, pour in the cream, salt, again mix everything well with a blender and put it on the fire, stirring. As soon as the soup-mash from the mushrooms boils, immediately remove it from the plate, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs and pour into plates.

Cheese soup with mushrooms

We take a small saucepan, pour boiled water into it and bring it to a boil. This time we clean potatoes, cut them into small pieces and throw them into boiling water. Then add mushrooms, chopped into plates and grated carrot. We bring the soup to half ready, pour vermicelli and let the dish cook with the lid closed for about 15 minutes.

After this, add crushed pieces of melted cheese curds, mix everything thoroughly and at the end of cooking squeeze the garlic clove through the press. Now thoroughly beat the dish with a blender until smooth and dispense the ready soup - mashed potatoes from white mushrooms on plates.

Chicken cream soup with mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms are washed, dried and processed. Next, cut them into plates and pass on vegetable oil along with a chopped half-ring in a frying pan with high bumps. We fill the prepared vegetable broth with broth and bring it to a boil.

Then add potatoes, cut into strips, and cook until ready. Further we filter the soup, we shift potatoes, mushrooms, boiled chicken meat into a blender, season with spices, whisk, diluting the mass with broth so that the soup gets a normal consistency.
