The dynamics of conflict

No matter how people say that they dream about peace, there is still a reason for quarrels . And in conflicts of interest are not only their causes, but also the dynamics of development. Dynamics of the development of interpersonal conflict

There can be new causes and ambitions that did not exist at the beginning of the conflict situation. Therefore, they speak of its uncontrollable and spontaneous character.

2. End of the conflict. The stage begins with the weakening of the sides (one or both), the understanding of the futility of continuation of the confrontation, the apparent superiority of one opponent, and also in the case of the impossibility of further confrontation due to exhaustion of resources. Also, a third party that has such an opportunity can stop the conflict . The procedure for completing a dispute can be peaceful or violent, constructive or destructive.

3. Post-conflict situation. After the quarrel, there comes a period of getting rid of the types of tension and normalizing the relations that are necessary for further cooperation.

It should be noted that although the stages of the conflict are known, it is impossible to determine the time for each one. Since this will depend on many factors: the ability to adequately understand the causes of conflict, the skills and desire to seek compromise, the sufficiency of resources.
