The law on free IVF

This year, women who were diagnosed with a terrible diagnosis of "infertility", there was a real chance to become a mother. It concerns the citizens of Russia, whose government has passed the law on free IVF and introduced this procedure into the list of compulsory health insurance. In other words, having a policy on hands, you can count on a free IVF.

The adoption of this law on IVF in Russia, according to the members of the government, will help to solve the difficult demographic situation in the country. Thousands of couples who want to have a child, but who do not have sufficient financial means, can now go through this procedure.

The State IVF Program in Russia

You can get a referral for a free fertilization procedure by following the following conditions:

However, this is not the end. As always, you will have to go through many bureaucratic delays, wait for a queue to receive quotas, etc. Usually the answer comes in a month, it happens even longer, it all depends on the number of applicants. Both men and women can participate in the program, who have confirmed their infertility.

According to the federal program, only a few clinics in St. Petersburg and Moscow, as well as one in Yekaterinburg and Rostov, spend free IVF. There are cases of allocating funds from the regional budget.

Free IVF program in Ukraine

There is such a program in Ukraine, however, everything here is much more complicated. The law on IVF is burdened by the presence of certain factors, such as:

Only with the provision of documents confirming all these requested criteria, it becomes possible to become a participant in the free IVF program. Expand the list of reasons that affect the lack of children, does not allow a chronic deficit of the country's budget. Allocated funds are sufficient only for the purchase of drugs, everything else, as before, is paid by the patients. For Ukrainian men, ECO will be free of charge very soon. The reason is banal - there is no money.

ECO free in Belarus

Belarus also boasts a free fertilization program. However, the list of requirements here is much tougher than in the previous two countries. Judge for yourself:

Very interesting is the fact that the new law on eco implies the possibility of choosing the sex of the unborn child. This is possible only if genetic diseases are transmitted on a sex basis. A full list of such diseases is defined by the Ministry of Health. As for the amounts aimed at implementing this program, then, according to parliamentarians: "ECO law does not imply free medical services ...". However, it is encouraging that several attempts have been made to attempt artificial insemination. The law is aimed at improving the demographic situation in the country and settling the appearance of illegal surrogate motherhood cases.
