Triderm is a hormonal drug for external use. Produced in the form of an ointment or cream with the same concentration of the active ingredient - a glucocorticosteroid called betamethasone dipropionate, the difference consists only in the presence of auxiliary substances and the consistency of the agent. Given the strong therapeutic effect, Triderm is used in severe cases of skin diseases that are caused by secondary infections. It should be noted that this drug has a lot of unwanted side effects, difficult to treat, so most dermatologists are trying to designate safer similar means.
What can replace Tridentum Ointment?
The composition of this ointment contains betamethasone, gentamicin and clotrimazole. As additional ingredients used
liquid paraffin and petroleum jelly, providing a comfortable application of the drug and preventing the drying of the skin.
Ointment Triderm - analogues:- Diprosalic. The drug is a combination of the same glucocorticosteroid as in the tridentum ointment, with salicylic acid. Thus, this tool produces a similar effect, but it has fewer side effects.

- Dermokas. Instead of clotrimazole , miconazole nitrate is used in this drug. This expands the spectrum of action of the drug against gram-positive bacteria and various fungi.

- Triacutane. A glucocorticosteroid drug with a broad spectrum of action, the active substances are the same as in Triderma, but in a slightly lower concentration.

Non-hormonal analogues of Triderma
