Preparation
Flour, soda, salt and baking powder are sieved in a bowl. Cream butter mashed with sugar, throw vanillin and introduce eggs. Then pour a little flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Now gently pour in kefir and add flour. We spread the dough on silicone molds and send the muffins to the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
In the meantime, we prepare the cream: melt the milk chocolate on the water bath. We beat the butter with the nut paste, add the chocolate and transfer the mass to the confectioner's bag. Cool cooled vanilla rolls on a plate and decorate with chocolate-nut cream. We send the treat for several hours to the fridge, and then we invite everyone to tea.
