A woman should start taking folic acid at a dose of 400 mcg 1-3 months before the onset of pregnancy to create a vitamin reserve. Vitamin E - tocopherol increases the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to cells, stabilizes their membrane and has an anti-inflammatory effect. For the development of the skeleton and the formation of teeth, the future mummy needs vitamin D. If it is not enough, the pregnant woman's teeth are destroyed, so you should take the vitamin before the woman becomes pregnant. Most of it is found in seafood, mushrooms, butter and milk.

During pregnancy planning, vitamins of group B are also important. But do not get carried away! Overdose can lead to the opposite effect, for example, to intoxication. Especially dangerous are high doses of vitamins A and D.
