Cookie recipe with chocolate slices
Ingredients:
- flour - 220 g;
- butter - 120-150 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- Egg large - 1 pc;
- iodized salt;
- soda - ΒΌ tsp;
- chocolate (any) or finished chocolate droplets - 100-150 g;
- vanilla sugar.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a deep bowl, combine the soft soft butter with sugar, then add 1 chicken egg, sifted flour, soda (do not extinguish with vinegar), salt and one bag of vanilla sugar. Ingredients:

- sugar brown - 200 g;
- sugar usual - 100 g;
- Egg large - 2 pieces;
- vanilla sugar;
- flour wheaten 1,5-2 st;
- salt;
- soda - 0,5 tsp.
- oat flakes - 3 tbsp;
- Nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts) - 1 st;
- chocolate (any) or ready-made chocolate droplets - 100-150 gr.
Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the egg mixer with brown and white sugar. Then, in the resulting mass add a soft oil, continuing to beat the mixer to a uniform consistency. In a separate container, combine the sifted flour, salt and soda. And then mix with beaten eggs and one sachet of vanilla sugar. Oat flakes can be ground in a coffee grinder. In the dough, add nuts, chopped or grated chocolate (chocolate droplets) and flakes. On the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the biscuit with a spoon, gently squeezing it from above. Bake for 15 minutes in a heated oven to 210 degrees.
