Because of the tart, peculiar, sour-sweet taste, cherry is considered one of the best ingredients for making cakes and desserts, vareniki and pies. And to enjoy dishes with berries all year round, it's enough to freeze them. And the frozen fruits of cherries are also useful, as well as fresh ones.

A cake with frozen cherries can easily replace a birthday cake, thanks to its spectacular look.

To make this magnificent dessert, you can use any dough, and the amount of the filling for the frozen cherry pie depends on your taste preferences.

Combine the softened creamy margarine or butter, sour cream and sugar and mix thoroughly. Then gradually adding sifted wheat flour, we knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. We distribute the dough in split form on the bottom and form not very high skirts. Sprinkle the top of the dough with one spoonful of starch, spread the defrosted and slightly squeezed cherries and sprinkle evenly the remaining starch.

For pouring, mix and beat the milk, sour cream, egg, vanillin and sugar and fill the received mass with our cherries. We put the shape with a pie in the oven, heated up to 180 degrees for thirty-five to forty minutes.

The finished pie is completely thoroughly cooled and only then we take it out of the dish into a dish.

Fast pie with frozen cherries

We rub the soft cream butter with vanilla sugar and 70 grams of granulated sugar. Then, stirring to homogeneity, add egg and flour with baking powder. We spread the dough into a creamy butter greased form, level and distribute the defrozen and slightly pressed cherries on top. Then sprinkle sugar on top and send it to a pre-heated oven for 180 minutes for about forty minutes. Freshly baked pie gives a good cool, and only now we lay out on a dish, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served to the table.

Frozen cherry cake in the multivark

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then we introduce sour cream or yoghurt, food melted soda, melted margarine and mix. Now gradually pouring the sifted flour, knead the dough consistency like thick sour cream. If you use sour cream flour, you need 250 grams, if you decide to make a yoghurt cake or replace it with kefir, then about 300 grams of flour will be taken into account when mixing flour.

When the dough is ready, we spread half of it into the oversized cup of the multivark, distribute the part of the defrosted and wrung cherries from the top, then spread out the remaining dough and again pre-heat the remaining berries. We bake cake in "Baking" mode for one hour. Another hot pie is carefully removed from the bowl, cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
