Kneli

Knels are a popular dish of Polish cuisine, similar to dumplings: small balls made from meat, fish or vegetable minced meat. The kneading mass is much more gentle and lush, unlike the cutlet. Potato buns with cheese

To make the knels we take the potatoes, mine, we put them in a saucepan with water and boil in a uniform until ready. Then we cool it, clean it and knead it in a puree or grind it with a blender. Add the egg, salt to taste and sprinkle with wheat flour. We knead a homogeneous dough well. Brynza grind and set aside.

From the potato mass we pinch off small pieces and form cakes. In the center we put a little chopped cheese and roll into a ball. We boil the knots in salted water for 5 minutes until they rise to the surface. Breadcrumbs lightly fry in butter and pour them ready-made knots. We serve as an independent dish with fresh vegetables and herbs.

Beef Knives

The recipe for cooking the knead is simple enough and available to everyone. First we pass through the meat grinder the beef pulp. Next, add the bread soaked in milk beforehand and mix. Again, twist all together through a meat grinder and wipe through a sieve.

The resulting mass is thoroughly beaten and gradually introduce egg whites, pour in milk and salt to taste. Small molds are lubricated with oil, we spread the knotted mass and cook for a couple of 15 minutes.

When serving on the table, we glaze the meat knots with melted butter and decorate with branches of greenery.

The recipe for the liver gland

How to cook the dumplings? The liver is thoroughly washed, cleaned from the film, twisted together with the onion through a meat grinder. Next, add eggs, salt and pepper to taste. All mixed and pour gradually a little flour. Spread the dumplings in a frying pan with a tablespoon and fry from both sides. Then gently shift the fritters on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.

If you are for a healthy diet, then just a tablespoon throw kneli in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until they float to the surface.

You can also add a little carrot and canned corn to mince. These products will give the dish a spicy and refined taste, as well as slightly interrupt the smell of the liver.

Turkey's knuckles

The turkey fillet should be thoroughly washed, cleaned of film and passed through the meat grinder several times. Then add a couple of spoons of thick cream and grind the mince through a sieve. Now salt to taste and whisk thoroughly. We put the remaining cream and put the knead into the boiling water with a spoon. Cook for a few minutes until they float to the surface. You can serve as a side dish to any dish, or you can cook a delicious soup with them!
