Cake with this recipe is obtained by three-layer and three-color. The first layer and the base of the product will be a chocolate cake made from cottage cheese dough. For its preparation, we grind it with sugar, sunflower-seed oil without odor, and egg with curd, and then add the sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the resulting mass. Now, with moistened hands, we spread the dough into a detachable shape, the bottom of which is covered with a parchment leaf, and the sides are oiled with oil and we form on the walls small from five to ten millimeters of the border. This will allow a more even surface of the cake, since during baking, the dough will rise slightly in the center. We make a few punctures in the test with a fork and put the minutes into fifteen in a heated to 185 degrees oven.

During this time, prepare two other layers for the cake. Separate yolks from proteins and grind them with curd and half a portion of condensed milk. We beat the obtained mixture up to splendor for seven minutes and take up proteins. In a separate vessel, beat them to the peaks, adding salt in the process.

For the third layer, we split the berries in a blender with the second portion of condensed milk and inject the protein into the resulting puree.

On readiness we lay out the curd mass on the cake, and on it the berry-protein mixture and send the cake for another fifty minutes to bake at the same temperature.

On readiness we take the product out of the oven not at once, but let it cool down first in the oven, then on the table to room temperature, and later in the refrigerator, taking off the sides of the mold before that.

Before serving, decorate the cake to your liking, cut into portions and enjoy.

Cake biscuit «Berry Glade» without baking

To prepare the cake, we firstly soak gelatin granules in cool water according to the instructions. We beat the cream in a suitable vessel to the peaks and start to prepare the pudding. Mix the contents of the packet with half of the sugar powder, add half a glass of milk and break the lumps with a whisk. The rest of the milk is heated to a boil, pour the prepared mixture of pudding with milk and sugar and with continuous stirring, let the mass boil again. Leave the container with the ready pudding to cool.

Now we connect the mascarpone or soft curd with the remaining powder, beat it up a bit, after that we introduce the pudding and once again we punch the mixer to homogeneity and splendor. We dissolve gelatin in a water bath and pour it into the curd mixture with pudding during whipping. We connect the resulting mass with cream, add half Berries and stir gently.

To prepare the cake, we will also use the finished biscuit cake. It can be purchased at any major supermarket. As a rule, they are sold in two or three pieces in a package, we will need only one. Place it in a split form and fill it with cooked cream. We put the workpiece in the refrigerator to freeze, and in the meantime we prepare the fill. Mix in a saucepan pouring a cake with juice and put on fire. Warm up, mix, stirring, to a boil and let it cool.

Now put the berries on top of the cake, pour in the fill and set in the refrigerator until completely hardened.
