Recipe for muffins with raspberries
Ingredients:
- flour - half a century;
- sugar - 3/4;

Preparation
Let's start with the dough: in a large bowl, mix buttermilk, or milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Stirring, we begin to fill the dry mixture in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. We combine both mixtures neatly to homogeneity, avoid excessive kneading of the dough. As soon as the dough becomes smooth and homogeneous, you can add raspberries to it, and gently mix it into the mass.

- milk - 1/3 of a century;
- raspberry - 1 item;
- sour cream - 1/2 table;
- chocolate drops - 1/2 st.
Preparation
Flour, cocoa , sugar, salt and baking powder are mixed together. In another bowl we combine oil, eggs, milk, vanilla and sour cream. Both masses are mixed together and add raspberries and chocolate chips, distribute the additives according to the test.
We spread out the cake dough on oiled forms, filling them with 2/3. Chocolate muffins with raspberries are baked at 200 degrees 20 minutes.
