Grated pies and cookies with jam are a treat from childhood. We will give you the opportunity to bump into nostalgia and remember grandma's pastries, thanks to the recipe presented below.

Eggs thoroughly beat with sugar. Flour sift with soda. Pre-frozen butter rubbed on grater and grinded with flour, not forgetting to add to the future the dough and egg mixture. Finished homogeneous dough wrapped in a film and left in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After an hour we take out the rested dough, and divide into 2 parts in the ratio 2: 1. Most of the roll out, cut out some cookies from it and put them on a greased baking sheet, from above distribute any jam and we crown the cookies with crumb from a grated piece of dough.

The cookie with jam and crumb will be baked in the oven at 200 degrees until blushing.

To make the biscuit more crispy, it can be prepared on yogurt with jam, for this in a short dough it is necessary to pour half a glass of warm kefir and reduce the amount of flour to 150 grams.

Whip cream cheese with butter and sugar in a large bowl. In the mixture we introduce one whole egg, and only the egg yolk of the second egg. Mix again and gradually add a mixture of sifted flour and baking powder. Well we knead the dough to homogeneity, after which we divide it into 4 pieces, each piece is rolled into a tourniquet, in the center of the bundle we make a hollow with the help of a finger, or a wooden spoon. The surface of the dough is greased with whipped egg whites and sprinkled with chopped nuts. We fill the loaf with jam. Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 190 degrees, then let it cool down completely and cut each piece of dough into the portion cookies.

Shortbread cookie recipe with jam

We sift the flour and mix it with salt. Butter and sugar whisk together until homogeneity, add vanilla and almond extracts, again we mix everything thoroughly. Gradually add dry ingredients to the oil mixture, not forgetting to continuously mix it. The resulting dough is divided into 2 parts, each rolled into a ball and wrapped with a food film. The dough should stand in the fridge for about 40 minutes.

Ready and cooled dough should be rolled out on dusted flour surface, and from the rolled out layer cut out individual cookies. In the middle of the half of the prepared liver cut out a small hole. We connect both halves of cookies together and spread them on a baking sheet lubricated with oil. We bake cookies for 12-25 minutes, or until blanching, and let it cool completely. In the center of each cookie, we add half a teaspoon of jam. We serve homemade cookies with jam to the table, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
