Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees. Cover the bottom of the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment.

Dissolve the sugar in warm water, and cool the prepared syrup and mix with kirschasser. Soak another hot biscuit with the resulting solution.

While the cake is cooling down, whip the powdered sugar with cream until soft peaks appear. 2/3 of cream together with the cut berries. Cream with strawberries for the cake is ready!

Cut the cooled biscuit in half and cover the cut with cream, stepping back from the edge of 3 cm.
