The combination of cheese and pumpkin is considered one of the classic in modern cooking. Following the immortal classics, let's prepare a pumpkin stuffed with several kinds of cheeses.

Before cooking, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and oil the pumpkin, or cover with parchment.

Armed with a thin knife, and with special care, cut off the pumpkin "hat" and clean the cavity of the seeds. We rub the fruit from the inside with a mixture of salt and pepper.

Bread crumb cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, along with garlic and chopped strips of bacon. Cheese cut into cubes and mix with fried bread and chopped green onions, seasoning the filling if necessary.

Cheese and bread mixture is placed in a peeled pumpkin and poured with cream. Cream should be enough to cover the filling, but do not make it completely wet. Now the pumpkin can be covered with a "hat" and put back into the oven for 2 hours, periodically checking the readiness. 20 minutes before the end of cooking with a pumpkin, we remove the "cap" in order to evaporate excess moisture.

Oven reheat to 200 degrees. Pumpkin is peeled from the seeds and cut into slices 2-2.5 cm thick. Put the pumpkin slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and pour with olive oil.

In a separate bowl, mix all the spices and sprinkle with them slices of pumpkin. Now it's time to cook. How much to bake a pumpkin in the oven depends on your preferences for the density of pumpkin pulp, on average for a soft pumpkin - it's 20-25 minutes.

A prepared dish of pumpkin in the oven can be used separately, or used as a spicy filling for baking.

Pumpkin pulp is washed, dried and rubbed on a large grater. Grind the onion.

On the frying pan heated with oil, first fry the onion for 5-7 minutes, until soft, and then add the pumpkin. Fry the vegetables for another 10 minutes, season it, put the tomato paste and simmer on a small fire for 7-10 minutes (without the lid).

The finished puff pastry is rolled out on a flour- poured surface and cut into squares with a side of 15 cm. In the center of each square, spread out on a tablespoon of filling and wrap it in such a way that a triangle turns out, each triangle is greased with a beaten egg and the patties are baked 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Before baking, as an ornament, you can sprinkle pies with pumpkin seeds.
