If pregnancy proceeds without complications, then you can begin perineal massage at any time. But with the threat of interruption or with the tone of the uterus, you can start the classes from 37 weeks. The essence of the massage is stretching the muscles of the vagina. First you need to pour a couple of fingers with vegetable oil (peach, olive or pink is not important), then put your finger not deep into the vagina (1-2 cm) and start massaging in a circular motion. Pay special attention to the back wall, because she will take the brunt. Continue stretching movements to massage the perineum for 3-5 minutes. Repeat the procedure every three days. On a later date, every day.
  2. Gymnastics . Intimate gymnastics will help you learn how to manage your muscles and prepare them for childbirth. Kegel exercises are remarkable in that they do not need to allocate time. Do them during the day, doing your own thing. To understand how to carry out "charging" of intimate muscles, strain them as if you want to stop urination. At the same time, feel relaxed, do not hold your breath. Repeat this exercise for 20-30 times, and the gymnastics itself - 5-10 times a day.

Positively affect the proper nutrition. Include in your diet foods rich in calcium, selenium, zinc, and vitamins A and E.
