At the same time the calorie content of fish is extremely low. This is due to the fact that even those types of fish that we are called fat (for example, trout, salmon, mackerel) contain between 14 and 19% fat, depending on the season. And what about non-fat fish types (such as flounder, bream, halibut)? The fat content in them is not more than 3%! In addition, fish oil is much more useful than meat, and fish is much more easily absorbed by the body. Ten-day fish diet

After these beneficial properties of fish it would be strange not to include fish in your daily diet and not to replace meat with fish, at least in some meals. After all, with the help of fish you can not only enrich your body with a practical full set of vitamins and minerals that it contains, but also get rid of excess weight! Fish diet is very low-calorie, with the help of a ten-day fish diet, for example, you can lose weight by 5 kg. The proposed menu is designed for 1 day and includes fish and vegetables (this diet is also called fish-vegetable). All other days of the diet you eat the same way. Adhering to the fish diet, you should strictly follow the recommendations for the use of fluids throughout the day.

Recipe for fish diets:

  1. Before breakfast, you drink a glass of water with a slice of lemon.
  2. For breakfast, you need to eat 1 egg (cooked or fried without butter) and a portion of fat-free cottage cheese. Drink breakfast 400 ml of green tea.
  3. Before the second breakfast, you again drink a glass of water with lemon (to reduce the feeling of hunger), and then eat 300 g of low-fat boiled fish with fresh or cooked vegetables. When cooking fish, you can not use salt, but the prepared dish can be seasoned with dried herbs and spices (coriander, cumin, chili, basil, onion, garlic). For a dessert, eat some fruit (except bananas).
  4. Before dinner, drink 500 ml of water with lemon, and then eat 350 g of baked fish (or other seafood) and a salad of raw vegetables: any varieties of cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes (all vegetables except potatoes). Salad pour a tablespoon of fat-free yogurt and add greens (parsley, dill, basil). After lunch, it is not recommended to drink for 1.5 hours.
  5. Dinner should be no later than 18:00. Before dinner, you should drink a glass of water with lemon, and then eat steamed fish (300 g) and vegetables (except potatoes). As an option, you can prepare fish broth with vegetables, then the diet will become more diverse and easier to tolerate.
  6. Before going to bed it is recommended to drink a special tea for weight loss, it will help purify the body and strengthen the effect of the diet. In order to make such a tea, it is necessary to mix 100 g of dried birch leaves, add 10 g of dried strawberry leaves, 20 g of elderberry root, 10 g of cuff and flowers of cornflower, and 20 g of horsetail (this mixture is kept in iron or ceramic, tight-closing dishes).
