Delicious homemade bread sticks will taste to everyone. They are perfect for any sauce or jam. Bread sticks can be a good aperitif, while your family will wait for supper.
Bread sticks - recipe
Ingredients:
- flour - 450 g;
- water 250 ml;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh yeast - 20 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
Preparation
- In warm water, dissolve sugar and salt. Then add the yeast and wait until they disperse. Add half the flour and stir well. Pour in the butter and knead the dough, pouring in the flour. The dough should fall behind the hands. When the dough is ready, grease it with a little oil and put it in a warm place for 45 minutes. When the dough is suitable, mix it a little, then divide into small balls. From the balls roll bundles 1 cm thick. Heat the oven to 220 degrees and bake a treat for about 25 minutes. Finished sticks drizzle with water, cover with a towel and let lie down for a couple of minutes.
Bread sticks with cheese
Ingredients:
- flour - 350 g;
- water - 200 ml;
- cheese - 100 g;
- dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
- honey - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- olive oil - 1 teaspoon;
- milk - 50 ml;
- sesame.
Preparation
Mix flour with salt and add olive oil. In warm water, dilute the yeast with honey and add to the flour. Knead the dough and leave it for an hour in a warm place. When the dough is suitable, add grated cheese to it and mix well to distribute it throughout the test. Leave the dough to stand for another 20 minutes. From the dough roll a flat cake 5 cm thick, grease it with milk and sprinkle sesame on both sides. Cut the cake into strips 1 cm thick. Oil the baking tray and bake the sticks for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
For a change, you can make half the bread sticks with sesame seeds, and sprinkle half with poppy seeds.
