Breastfeeding provides the baby with high immunity, prevents the development of various diseases and has a beneficial effect on the child's physical and psychological state.
The quality of breastmilk of a nursing mother directly depends on her nutrition. During breastfeeding, a woman should eat a calorie and varied diet. After all, the amount of fats, minerals and vitamins in breast milk depends on nutrition during breastfeeding. - fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are sources of vitamins. However, they should be gradually introduced into the diet of a mother who breastfeeds. It is recommended to start with baked apples and fruits with low acid content. Colored fruits and vegetables (red and yellow) should be consumed in a liver, boiled or stewed;

During breastfeeding, attention should be given to sufficient fluid intake. Nursing mother should drink 1 liter more than during pregnancy - about 2-3 liters per day. Clean water and herbal teas complete the list of products when breastfeeding.
