Ingredients:

Preparation

So, first we take fresh yeast and dissolve them in warm milk. Then gradually add sugar, flour and salt. From all this we knead a dense, but elastic and homogeneous dough.

Cover it with a towel and put it for 40 minutes in a warm place. As a result, the mass should increase in volume approximately twice.

Next, put it on the flour-poured table, properly kneaded, slightly kneaded and divided into 12 identical parts. From each we form a long sausage and we mold from it a pretzel in the form of a figure eight.

Now we are preparing the soda solution. To do this, boil the water, put soda in it. Reduce heat to a minimum and gently lower the pretzels into the solution in turn. Hold for about 40 seconds, then take out with a noise, spread on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle on top with a large salt or sesame seeds.

Bake in preheated to 200 ° oven for 20 minutes to a saturated golden color. We serve only in cold form.
