The first thing you need to clean oranges from the peel and pour it with a liter of cold water. Dishes with skin should now be sent to the refrigerator for 7-8 hours, and best of all - at night.

When the peel is infused, it should be removed from the pan and twisted in a meat grinder, then sent back to the pan.

In a separate container, it is necessary to mix two liters of water, citric acid and sugar and bring the mixture to a boil, then inject it into the liquid with skin, while constantly stirring the beverage. After 5 minutes, you can turn off the fire and wait for the mixture to cool. Before feeding bubaleh need to strain.

The resulting drink can be used as a basis for the preparation of alcoholic cocktails. For example, add 50 ml of Bubaleh in champagne or white wine, after decorating the glass with ice and citrus slices.

Next, you have to grind the wet skins in the meat grinder and put them back into the water. In parallel with this, you should start making ginger. It must be peeled and grated. The resulting mass should be poured in two liters of water and put on fire. When the water boils, you should add cinnamon and juice of squeezed lemon to the container, then cook for another 10 minutes.

Ginger liquid should be mixed with orange and wait until the drink has cooled. Be sure to strain before serving.

To make a bobaleh hastily put a canned peach and 1 tsp peach juice in each glass, add 1 teaspoon of dissolved sugar syrup, then 50 ml of lemon juice, then pour all 150 ml of the phantom.
