Water poured into a clean pan and put it on the included stove. Once it fully boils, gently pour it into a glass container with prepared fruit in it. Cover the treated lid and when everything stands for 12 minutes, then merge the water that has already changed its color into the same saucepan, in which it was boiled. Add white sugar and now cook the syrup for about 3 minutes, after the beginning of its boiling. We pour it into a jar and roll it up to the full stop.

Compote of Isabella grapes, apples and pears

Beautiful bunch with dense grapes of grapes Isabella we immerse for half an hour in a cool water. Then we take it out, we rinse it again under the tap and lay it on the bottom of a sterile, glass jar for 3 liters. The washed pears together with apples are first cut into two equal halves and carefully remove the middle parts with a sharp knife. Now, we divide each of the halves into 4 longitudinal segments and move them to the bottle. Frozen drinking water on the stove we pour slowly into a jar with our fruits, and after 10-12 minutes we pour the resulting infusion (without fruit) back into the pan. To it we add fine sugar and a little citric acid. Boil anew the fragrant syrup with sour fill in a bottle of fruit and cork the resulting compote under the processed tin lid. We turn and hide the bottle until the next day, wrapped in a warm blanket.

Compote of homemade grapes, apples and oranges

From the sprigs of washed domestic dark grapes, carefully and unhurriedly separate the berries themselves, which immediately put into a pan with a volume of not less than 4 liters. We chop the apples with thin slices, we separate the orange from the peel, we also share lobules, but only each of them we cut in half, and then we spread these fruits in a container with grapes. Fill all the necessary volume of drinking water and send it to the stove. As soon as the compote boils, add fine granulated sugar to it and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes. On roasted in the oven, 1,5 liter cans distribute the ready compote and also with the fried covers we seal it.
