It should be soft, have a uniform plastic consistency, completely not sticking to the hands.

We divide the received dough by exactly twenty pieces, roll the balls, press them on one side, forming a half peach, and place it on a baking sheet that was previously covered with parchment paper.

Determine the dish in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for twenty minutes. To ensure that during the baking the surface of the dough does not form cracks, put a container of water on the bottom of the oven.

On readiness, we cool the billets for cakes, and then we scrape out the core in any convenient way.

Almond nuts are filled in with warm water and leave for ten minutes. Then we save them from the skins, leave them for ten whole pieces, and the rest we chop the well in the bowl of the blender.
