Now we grease the hands with vegetable oil, take a little cooled potato puree, flatten it and spread the filling into the middle of the flat cake. Carefully form a small cutlet and roll it in flour. Thus, we make all zrazes, and then put them on a baking tray and bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Before serving, pour the dish at will with soy sauce .

And here is another original recipe for making zraz in the oven - with the egg. In white bread, cut the crust and soak the pulp for 15 minutes in warm water or milk. The bulb is cleaned and shredded in a blender along with the bread that has been wrung out. The egg is beaten with salt, ground pepper and nutmeg. In the minced meat, add crushed onion mixture, enter the egg and mix well. From the finished stuffing we form small cakes. For the filling, boil the hard-boiled eggs, and then cool them, remove the shell and cut in half. For each cake put a boiled egg, chopped greens, on top we cover with a second cake and tightly connect the edges. We put the blanks on a greased baking sheet and send it to the preheated oven for 55 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the meat zrazes with grated cheese and bake in the oven until it melts.
