Pie with chicken and mushrooms

There is nothing better than home tea with a Laurent pie with chicken and mushrooms of your own cooking. The baking technique is practically the same as cooking conventional stuffed pies, but a combination of well-chosen ingredients gives out a pie with chicken and mushrooms from yeast dough from the total mass. Defrost the chicken breasts, rinse under cold water and dry at room temperature. Then cut the meat into small pieces, salt and pepper. Next, proceed to defrost the mushrooms and cut them. After that, we clean the onion, chop it and fry it together with the mushrooms in a frying pan, oiled.

Now we start to make a dough. In a large bowl, mix eggs, flour, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and soda, if desired, use a blender. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream. Then grease the baking sheet with butter and put half the dough on it. On top carefully put our stuffing, we savor with spices and cover with the second half of the dough.

After that, we send the sheet to a preheated 180 degree oven and leave the cake for about an hour and watch for the appearance of a golden crust. This pie with chicken and mushrooms can equally well be cooked in a multivarquet, and if desired, also add potatoes to the filling.

Pancake pie with chicken and mushrooms

We start with the preparation of pancakes . Potatoes are washed, cleaned and boiled until ready in salted water. Then cook it with mashed potatoes, pour into the pan two glasses of milk. If possible, use a mixer to fight lumps. Now beat 3 eggs with salt, add in puree, follow them with flour. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and bring the dough to the consistency of liquid sour cream. After that we warm up the frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil and bake the usual pancakes to a golden color on all sides. However, here you should be extremely careful that the pancakes are not too thick or thin. Then all the pancakes with a pile and cover with a towel.

Now proceed to the preparation of the filling. Chicken fillet is thawed, washed under cold water, and then boiled until cooked over medium heat. After that, the meat is cut into pieces. Then rinse the Bulgarian pepper, peel it from the core and seeds, cut into cubes. Onions are cleaned and cut the same way. Then grease the frying pan with butter and fry the onions to a golden color, add crushed mushrooms and stew the stuffing under the closed lid for 10 minutes until the excess moisture evaporates. Now add the Bulgarian pepper, chicken fillet and season all with spices.

After extinguishing, leave our minced meat for 15 minutes to insist and cool down. Next we proceed to prepare the fill. We beat the remaining milk with eggs and salt and separately grind the cheese with a large grater. Then put the pancake on the oiled sheet, put the top on top and sprinkle with cheese, and so repeat with all the pancakes, in the end, we fill everything with fill. We send the cake to a preheated oven for 180 minutes for 20 minutes. Before serving, decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes.
