It's no wonder, after all, this likeness of a candy from a biscuit simply could not but conquer the eaters with its taste, delicate texture and clinging appearance. How to make a make-up pop at home?

As we have already noted, the basis of classic make-up poppies is a biscuit or cake, which is first crumbled, and then combined with any binder ingredient: cream, cream cheese or ganache. Before making a make-up pop, you need to bake a biscuit. For it, whisk the egg whites with a quarter cup of milk to airiness. Dry ingredients separate. Add the remaining milk and pieces of soft butter to the dry mixture without stopping the stirring. When the dough gathers together, in two steps add it with a mixture of whipped with milk proteins and gently mix. Spread the dough in an oiled baking sheet and bake for half an hour at 180. Chop the sponge cake.

For cream, turn egg whites with a tablespoon of sugar into meringue. The remaining sugar is melted into caramel with a couple tablespoons of water. Add the caramel to the meringue without stopping the whipping. The last in the cream is sent oil and a small amount of vanilla extract.

Ready cream mixed with biscuit crumb and roll into balls. Each bead is cooled for at least 4 hours.

Melt the chocolate, dip the tip of the candy sticks into it and put a ball of biscuit on top. Let it freeze again, then cover with the rest of the melted chocolate from the outside and sprinkle with sugar dust for decor.

Cake pop, made by own hands, is almost ready, it remains only to give the chocolate finally freeze on the surface.

The most chocolate can be considered a pop cake with triple chocolate: chocolate biscuit, ganache and glaze outside - a treat for a real sweet tooth.

Prepare chocolate ganache by crumbling the chocolate bar and filling it with hot cream. When ganash is ready, it should be mixed with biscuit crumb until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Further this mixture is divided into portions, rolled into balls and left in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Each of the balls is then placed on the chocolate-covered tip of the candy sticks and decorated.

Using a blender, turn the cookies into crumbs and whisk again with cream cheese. From the received mass form balls, place them in the freezer for half an hour, and then put them on the candy sticks. Each of the popcake cake is placed in chocolate and sprinkled with sugar powder for the decor.

How to decorate a make-up poppy is determined only by your imagination. The easiest way is to simply dip the ready-made pop-pop into the chocolate and let the excess drain. And if time allows and there is a desire to impress guests, try more complex and original ways of decorating.
