With the advent of autumn, one of the main seasonal fruits is the apple, which increasingly appears in a variety of baking recipes and desserts. One of these recipes today will be a cottage cheese casserole with apples in the oven - the dish is really nostalgic, reminiscent of the years of school and kindergarten.

To ensure that the casseroles on the curd base are more tender and homogeneous, the curd in their composition should be combined with cream cheese and sour cream. That's exactly what we decided to do in the following recipe, and in addition to milk additives put in a casserole pieces of canned apricot for a sweetie.

This curd casserole, we will cook on a crispy basis of dough, and therefore it is the first thing to do for its kneading. Mix the flour with 20 grams of sugar, milk and one egg yolk. The resulting base is rolled to cover the diameter of your mold, and then cool for at least an hour. After cooling, bake the dough for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees.

Now to the casserole. Divide the eggs and whip the yolks with cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and the remaining sugar. Add lemon juice and vanilla pudding to the mixture. The last ingredient may seem strange, but it is thanks to the casserole that it will be possible to keep the shape well. Add the whipped whipped pea proteins to the cottage cheese, and then gently mix everything with pieces of apples and apricots. Pour the curd casserole over the cooled cake and put everything to bake for 50 minutes.

Prepare a pumpkin base for our casserole, consisting of cottage cheese, whipped with eggs, sugar (25 g), flour and pumpkin puree. Pour the homogeneous curd mixture into a parchment-covered form.

Slice the apples with thin plates, put them in a saucepan with butter and sprinkle with sugar. When the sugar crystals dissolve in apple juice, pour a pinch of cinnamon and cook until the apples become soft and the caramel is golden. Pour apples into caramels over the casserole and put the dish to bake at 200 degrees 35-45 minutes.

After stirring the cottage cheese with cream, add vanilla pudding and condensed milk to the mixture. Whisk all together, try for sweetness, add condensed milk, if necessary. Next, beat in eggs, stir again, add cinnamon and semolina. Leave the mixture for a casserole for half an hour, so that the semolina grains absorb all moisture and swell. After a while, pour half of the mixture into the mold, spread half of the apples and prunes, cut into thin slices, and repeat the layers. Cottage cheese casserole with apples and cinnamon should be cooked at 180 degrees on the order of 45-50 minutes.
