Among the various natural ingredients for skin care and hair are very popular henna. It has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, nutritional properties.
Ordinary (colored) henna, most often, is used as a natural hair dye, and colorless henna is popular as a cosmetic in various makeups and facial and hair masks.
White henna for face
Before using this tool, first of all, you need to make sure that before you is a natural product, rather than a fairly aggressive chemical composition that does not have any relation to natural henna.
For today on sale it is possible to meet four kinds of henna: colorless, classical, white and color.
Classical (Iranian) henna is a natural natural dye widely used to give hair a particular shade.
Colorless henna is also a natural product, obtained either by removing the pigment from the leaves or from the stems of the plant. It is colorless henna usually used in masks, not only for hair, but for the face.
Initially, white was called colorless henna, however, at the moment, under the name "white henna" is usually sold clarifier for hair. Neither white nor colored henna actually has any relation to natural substances - they are cheap and aggressive chemical dyes.
Therefore, if you are going to use white henna as a facial skin care product, you need to pay attention to its name and composition, so as not to cause harm to yourself instead of the curative effect.
Masks from henna for the face
- In its pure form. Two tablespoons of colorless henna is diluted with warm water to the consistency of sour cream, cooled and applied to the face. After 20 minutes, the mask is washed off, after which it is possible to apply the cream. In the mask, you can add 3-4 drops of essential oil of rosewood or sandalwood - to improve skin tone and tightening effect.
- For oily skin. In this case, instead of water, henna is bred with kefir, which is preheated. Apply the mask in the same way as in the previous case.
- For dry skin. Two tablespoons of henna pour a small amount of boiling water and cool, then add a tablespoon of sour cream and 5-7
drops> of an oil solution of vitamin A. - Cleansing mask. Mix colorless henna and white clay in equal proportions and dilute with water or a decoction of chamomile. The mask is applied to the skin in a warm form, for 20 minutes. Wash off the mask first with warm, then with cold water, to narrow the pores.
And it should be remembered that, for all the good of such masks, they should not be abused. It is best to use henna for your face no more often than 1-2 times a week, and alternate masks with it with other masks based on natural ingredients.
