Swedish dairy sauce for meatballs
Ingredients:
- beef broth - 1 item;
- fat cream - 1 item;
- flour - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- butter - 1 teaspoon;
- soy sauce - 1 teaspoon;
- black pepper - 1 teaspoon;
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation
Fry the flour in butter until golden and fill it with beef broth. Add a little soy sauce, pepper and dried rosemary to the pan, pour the cream and cook the milk sauce until thick (about 10 minutes).

Delicious Greek yoghurt sauce "Dzadziki" perfectly balances the spicy taste of meatballs, or falafel.
Ingredients:
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- Greek yogurt - 1 item;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- dill (chopped) - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt, pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Preparation
Cucumber rub on a large grater and squeeze from excess moisture. Mix the grated vegetable with Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper, add crushed dill. We serve the yoghurt sauce chilled.
Simple and tasty hot sauce for meatballs
Ingredients:
- ketchup - 1 ½ st .;
- sauce "Tabasco" - 1/2 tsp;
- brown sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Prepare a hot sauce simply elementary: in a small bowl, mix ketchup, Tabasco, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Fill the prepared meatball sauce for 5-7 minutes until ready.
"Tabasco" can also be replaced with chili ketchup, varying the severity of the dish according to one's own taste.
Meatballs with BBQ sauce
Ingredients:
- brown sugar - half a century;
- starch - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ketchup - 1/2 table;
- orange juice - 1/4 of a century;
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- hot sauce "Tabasco" - 1/4 tsp.
Preparation
In the saucepan mix brown sugar and starch, add the vinegar and a little orange juice so that the mass becomes homogeneous. Then we send the rest of the ingredients to the mixture: hot sauce, mustard, ketchup and soy sauce, put the sauté pan on the fire and cook the barbecue sauce for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. The thickened sauce water the meatballs before serving.
For more "citrus" to meatballs, you can add a little orange peel.
The recipe for Italian sauce for meatballs
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- onion - 1/2 pcs .;
- carrots - 1/2 pcs .;
- celery - 1/2 pcs .;

- tomatoes - 600 g;
