Sometimes this indicates a change in the hormonal balance. Sometimes this is provoked by the use of birth control pills. Why is the colostrum secreted from the breast?

So, the reasons for the allocation of colostrum:
- hormonal imbalance - thus the risk of development of a pathology of mammary glands increases and at the woman seals in a breast are found out, for example - a mastopathy ;
- mastitis - it starts with infection and pain, then in the chest appear seals that eventually become purulent. This pus can be allocated from the nipple. They treat this condition with antibacterial drugs and a surgical operation, during which they purge the pus;

- ectasia of the ducts - closer to 50 years, women can change the shape of the ducts. This is accompanied by seals, retraction of the nipple, the appearance of yellow, green and black discharge. The condition requires surgical intervention;
- inflammatory process due to hematoma. Sometimes you have to resort to operating the gland.
