Corn and bean salad with croutons

At first glance, it seems that the main characters of the dish, to which this article is devoted (soft beans and crisp crispy breadcrumbs) are absolutely incompatible products. But if you try a salad prepared with the participation of these two components, then the opinion about their incompatibility changes radically and such a composition immediately falls into the list of the most harmonious and, importantly in our days, simple and fast. Adding it with sweet canned corn or sausage and seasoning with mayonnaise, we get a stunningly tasty snack, cooked in a hurry.

Below are some variations of cooking such a dish.

Corn and bean salad with breadcrumbs and sausage - recipe with garlic

Ingredients:

Preparation

The advantage of such a salad is not only in excellent taste. It can be attributed to the express snack, the preparation of which will take no more than ten minutes. We open cans of canned corn and beans, fold the contents into a colander and while the liquid drains, we cut the sausage into strips, grind cheese, cucumber and peeled garlic teeth on a large grater.

We connect all the ingredients in a wide salad bowl, we combine Mayonnaise and salt to taste, mix it, spread it on a wide dish and tear it with rye crumbs. For a spectacular feed, you can decorate the dish with fresh green herbs.

Salad can be greatly simplified, but also at the same time make it lean and budgetary. To do this, we simply exclude sausage and cheese from its composition, and mayonnaise Provencal is replaced by lean. This option is no less popular and in demand.
