Salad with squid, fungi and vegetables
Ingredients:

Then we combine everything in a deep bowl, season with spices, pour vinegar, hot oil, mix and let the salad brew for about an hour.
Recipe for salad from squid with vegetables
Ingredients:
- egg - 1 piece;
- squid - 400 g;
- potatoes - 300 g;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- green canned peas - 0,5 items;
- fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- sour cream or mayonnaise - 180 ml;
- spice;
- greens of dill.
Preparation
Potatoes, carrots and eggs boil until cooked, cool in cold water and clean. Squid washed, processed, cut into small squares, thrown into boiling water, removed after 3 minutes and thrown back to the colander. Then we cool them, dry them and put them into a salad bowl. Potatoes, carrots and fresh cucumber, too, shredded cubes. We clean the onion and finely chop it. Now we connect all the ingredients in a salad bowl, fill it with sour cream or mayonnaise, season with spices, sprinkle with chopped dill and mix.
Warm squid salad with vegetables
Ingredients:
- fresh pineapple - 1 pc .;
- fresh coriander - 2 branches;
- squid - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- fresh ginger - to taste;
- fish sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- spice;
- tomato sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- chili sauce - to taste;
- Bulgarian green pepper - 1 piece;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- tomato - 2 pcs.
Preparation

- garlic - 2 cloves;
- leaf salad - 1 bunch;
- cherry tomatoes - 350 g;
- arugula - 125 g;
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- sesame oil - 2 tsp;
- lemon peel - 1 teaspoon.
For marinade:
- chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- green parsley - 1 bunch;
- olive oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- spice.
Preparation
All the ingredients for the marinade are mixed in a piano and poured them thawed squid rings. After 30 minutes, squid the squid for 2 minutes in a well-heated frying pan. Lettuce leaves are washed, we rip off our hands, throw them into a salad bowl, add raccoon, cherry tomatoes and squid.
