Cannelloni Cooking

Ingredients:
- egg - 2 pieces;
- water (room temperature) - 1 item;
- flour - 2 items;
- salt - pinch.
Preparation
Mix the flour with salt, in the center make a hole and beat the eggs there. Slowly beat the eggs with a fork, gradually grabbing a little flour from the edges of the hole. When the weight becomes hard to mix with a fork, start kneading the dough with your hands until it stops being sticky. Form a ball from the dough and cover it with a film or a towel. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes. After, cut off a small piece and roll with a rolling pin to form thin pancakes of small diameter. Finished pancakes boil in salted water for 2 minutes, and then put it for a few seconds in a bowl of ice water (that would stop the cooking process).
Dried cannelloni sprinkle with olive oil.
Sauces for cannelloni
Cannelloni is served with 2 classic sauces: tomato and Béchamel.
Tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- tomato - 2 pcs .;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- dried thyme - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- olive oil;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation
On olive oil fry chopped onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the grated carrot and pass the mixture for about 5 minutes. Tomatoes are peeled, crushed, added to our passivation together with thyme, salt and pepper and stew for 30 minutes.
Béchamel sauce
Ingredients:
- butter - 60 g;
- flour - 1/3 of a century;
- milk - 4 items;
- Parmesan cheese - 75 g;
- salt, pepper, nutmeg - a pinch.
Preparation
Fry the flour in butter until golden, add milk, cook until thickened for 10 minutes, with the addition of spices. After adding grated "Parmesan".
Cannelloni with shrimps
Italy is famous for its pasta and seafood, so why not try this amazing combination? You will definitely have to taste it.
Ingredients:
- shrimp - 400 g;
- cheese "Mozzarella" - 150 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- bulb - 0.5 pcs .;
- white dry wine - 200 ml.
Preparation
Chop the onions and garlic until golden brown, then add the wine and stew for about a minute. Add the peeled shrimp and stew them in wine for 5 minutes. When the filling has cooled, we grind it a little and stuff our cannelloni. We put them in a mold, pour sauces, sprinkle with "Mozzarella" and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cannelloni with mushrooms and cheese
Cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms and cheese is a recipe that will appeal to lovers of classic taste combinations.
Ingredients:
- cheese "Ricotta" - 580 g;
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g;
- white mushrooms - 500g;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- leaves of thyme - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Salt, pepper, olive oil - to taste.
Preparation
"Ricotta" and grated "Parmesan" mixed with 2 egg yolks. On olive oil fry onions and garlic, add mushrooms, herbs and spices, fry 7-10 minutes before evaporating the liquid. Mix mushrooms with cheese mass and stuff our cannelloni. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cannelloni recipe with chicken and spinach
Ingredients:
- chicken mince - 500 g;
- spinach fresh - 600 g (or spinach frozen - 250 g);
- bulb - 0.5 pcs .;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- basil chopped - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Fry onion and garlic, add chicken mince, spices, herbs and fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the stove and add fresh spinach, stir (if you use frozen spinach, fry it simultaneously with the chicken). Cool down the mixture with cannelloni. Prepare stuffed cannelloni, pre-filling with sauces and sprinkle with grated parmesan, 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cannelloni with ham and cheese
Ingredients:
- ham - 200 g;
- cheese "Parmesan" - 150 g;
- a branch of rosemary - 1 piece;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- olive oil.
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add a sprig of fresh rosemary and a whole clove of garlic, fry them until the smell comes, then take out and fry the finely chopped ham until golden in this oil. Allow the ham to cool, and add the grated "Parmesan" - the filling is ready! Now you can bake the dish in the oven and serve it to the table.
