Carrot salad with oranges and cashews
Ingredients:
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- orange - 2 pieces;
- cashews - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation

Ingredients:
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- dried apricots - 200 g;
- water 100 ml;
- sour cream - 1 item;
- walnuts - 1 item;
- vegetable oil;
- sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Peeled carrots cut into cubes, add a little water, vegetable oil, sugar and cook until done. Dried apricots until softened, cooled and finely shredded. We pour the orange with boiling water and cut it into small cubes together with the skin. Prepared ingredients are combined in a bowl and seasoned with sour cream, mixed with walnuts.

Ingredients:

- peeled pine nuts - 0.5 tbsp. spoons;
- seasoning - to taste.
For sauce:
- lemon juice - to taste;
- Orange juice;
- cedar oil - 1 teaspoon;
- spices - to taste.
Preparation
