Today we will focus on the simplest and at the same time successful options and tell you how to make delicious pancakes, using as a basis for the dough kefir, water or milk. Each of them is good in its own way and assumes an ideal final result.

Preparation of dough for pancakes on yogurt begins with whipping eggs. To do this, mix them in a bowl with sugar and salt and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Next, pour kefir to the egg mixture, sift flour there and achieve maximum homogeneity of the mass without admixture of lumps. Now warm the water to boil, throw the soda into it and pour the resulting mixture into the dough, continuously and intensively stirring it at the same time.

After five minutes, add the vegetable refined oil to the dough, stir it thoroughly and proceed to bake pancakes. We warm thoroughly the frying pan, oil it a little, pour the ladle dough and quickly tilt the container distribute it all over the bottom. After the product has browned from two sides, we spread it on a dish and we start preparing the next ones.

After that, we sift all the flour into the mixture and mix it with the same mixer until a uniform texture is obtained. Next, throw the soda into the remaining water, preheating it before this also to a boil and injecting the soda into the dough. We pour now vegetable oil, once again we punch a mass with a mixer and we give the dough to stand for twenty minutes. After that, we bake pancakes traditionally on a heated frying pan, having smeared it before the first product with vegetable oil.

We begin preparation of the dough on milk, dividing it into two equal parts, and one of them is mixed with sugar, a pinch of salt and a little whipped egg whisk or mixer. Now we sift in the same whole portion of flour and we achieve a homogeneous texture of the test. At this stage it will get quite thick. Now we pour the second portion of milk and stir the mass carefully again. It remains only to mix in the resulting dough a little vegetable refined oil and you can start baking pancakes. The frying pan is preheated and slightly oiled with vegetable oil or greased with a slice of lard.

Pancakes, cooked according to any of the recipes, are perfect for decorating products with a filling or simply using delicacies with sour cream, honey, jam, condensed milk or other flavor additives to your taste.
