Next, throw the carnation, cardamom, tubberry and cinnamon, close the lid and leave for a couple of minutes. Now pour out a glass of cognac, add honey and stir the syrup with a wooden spoon. Once the peaches smell of spices, remove the frying pan from the fire and leave to cool. Pour the butter mousse with flour into small crumbs, add the sugar and mix. We take a ceramic form with high bumps, smear it with a creamy oil and lightly powder it with flour. We spread the peaches into a mold, cover them with crumbs and send the cake to the oven for 25 minutes. Ready crumbles with peaches are served on the table in a warm form with fatty cream or with ice cream.

Pears and peaches are mine, cut into thin slices, mixed with half a serving of sugar, flour and ground cinnamon. Then put the resulting fruit mixture into a mold and spread it with a spoon. All the remaining ingredients are combined in a bowl, add the melted butter and pour boiled water. All carefully mix and spread the crumb over the fruit. Bake crab with peaches and cinnamon in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C. We serve the pie in a warm state.
