Pasta is called all pasta, produce it only from wheat special "solid" varieties. Thanks to this, when cooking, pasta does not become dehydrated, after cooking, they do not stick together in an unappetizing mass, and for the figure they do not do any harm, since carbohydrates in such high-quality flour products are fast. Preparing pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce is very easy, the recipe can be modified using those mushrooms that are near at hand (white, boletus, birch, mushrooms).
Ingredients:
- bulbs white oblong medium size - 2 pcs .;
- champignons - 0,5 kg;
- paste number 5 (flat pasta thin) - 1 package 400-500 g;
- cream pasteurized at least 25% fat content - 500 ml;
- salt iodized without additives - 1 teaspoon + 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- unrefined oil from sunflower seeds - 1/3 cup;
- freshly ground pepper (mixture) - to taste.
Preparation
Since the pasta is brewed for a short period of time, it's worth starting with the preparation of the sauce. Mushrooms are sorted, of course, we clean, if damaged, we throw them away. We buy mushrooms on the market only from trusted people, if we collect ourselves, we choose safe places. Prepared mushrooms are cut into small cubes, in the same way shinkuem onions and frying on warmed butter with a mushroom. First, there will be quite a lot of liquid, it needs to be evaporated to the maximum. Salting mushrooms (1 hour spoonful of salt without a roller coaster), pour in the cream and tumble over low heat until it boils. Immediately turn off.
10 minutes before the sauce is ready, we put a pot of water for cooking pasta. Add the salt and, when the water boils, lay the pasta. Cook them for 5-7 minutes, try. Pasta should not be cooked to too soft a state, some hardness should remain. We throw it back in a colander - we do not need to rinse the correct paste, and put it into a bowl, in which the sauce languishes. We serve with a glass of white dry wine and fresh vegetables.
Pasta with chicken and mushrooms
If you want a more satisfying option, your choice is again pasta, and chicken with mushrooms in creamy sauce is perfectly combined to taste and will allow to feed even a very hungry man after a hard day.
Ingredients:
- fillet (boneless breast) of a young chicken - 2 pcs .;
- champignons (grown by industrial method) - 0.3 kg;
- cream not less than 18% fat content - 1 glass;
- shallots (shallow) - 1 handful;
- butter - 50 g;
- salt - to taste;
- paste (based on the weight of the raw product), cooked on the recipe on the package - 300 g;
- parsley - 1 small bunch;
- freshly ground pepper (black or a mixture) - 1 pinch.
Preparation
Pasta with champignons in a creamy sauce with chicken fillet will turn out tender if the meat is from a young chicken, so choose a small fillet. We cut it in half across the fibers, and then - in pieces in half a matchbox. In a heated frying pan without oil, cook pieces to prevent juice from flowing further.
