How to make chocolate pancakes? We take a deep bowl and mix the following ingredients in it: wheat flour, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla to taste and a little salt. All carefully mix, cover with a lid or a towel and set for 2 hours. Frying pan thoroughly heated. We take out the cooled dough and pour it in a quick circular motion, evenly spreading all over the frying pan. Fry pancakes on each side for about 2 minutes. Then for each cake we put 3 balls of any ice cream, wrap the pancake with a straw, pour it on top with syrup or melted chocolate, decorate with fresh strawberry berries and serve it to the table!

How to make chocolate pancakes? We pour the flour well into a bowl. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Then we make a groove in the flour in the center and add the chicken eggs and, whipping with a mixer, gradually pour in cool milk. We mix everything to a homogeneous state and let it pass through a sieve to weed out all the formed lumps. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. And by this time we are preparing the sauce, for this we melt separately half of the butter, add rum and mix well, leave for about 1 hour.

Using a ladle, pour the dough in small portions over a hot and oiled frying pan, letting it spread evenly over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes on each side until it is delicious. Finished pancake immediately sprinkle with grated chocolate and add a triangle. Sprinkle pancakes with chocolate filling on top of the sugar powder and serve with the previously prepared sauce of oil and rum.

Separate the proteins from the yolks. Proteins put in the fridge, and beat the yolks well with sugar and white. We add sunflower oil and soda.

Kefir pour into a saucepan, add broken chocolate and put everything on a weak fire. We heat the mass to 40 degrees, stirring constantly. Add the resulting chocolate mixture to the beaten yolks and mix.

The flour is sieved, mixed with cocoa powder and gradually poured into the dough. Whisk the beaten proteins with salt until a strong foam, add to the dough, and mix. The mass should turn out to be loose and homogeneous. We bake pancakes in a heated frying pan, oiled, on both sides for 3 minutes.

For the sauce, mix the butter with sugar, warm it over low heat and pour the juice from one orange and put the orange itself, peeled and cut into cubes. Cook the sauce until thick, stirring constantly.

We put finely chopped banana on ready-made pancakes, wrapped and poured them with cooled sauce. We serve chocolate pancakes with a banana for hot tea or milk.
